Guidelines
November 4, 2021
To the entire beloved Musso community,
First, thank you all for your tremendous support since our re-opening at limited capacity on May 6th! Your love and support for Musso’s has been truly heartwarming!
The Musso & Frank Grill will be adhering to all state and local requirements, which are as follows:
The City of Los Angeles has mandated, starting November 4th 2021, proof of vaccination or a negative covid test (72 hours in advance of the reservation time) to access indoor dining. The mandate also states that the vaccination card must be cross-referenced with a valid, government-issued, photo ID.
The proof of vaccination can be the CDC card, or a picture of the card (both sides), documentation of vaccination from a licensed healthcare provider, personal digital vaccine record issued by the state of California, or similar documentation issued by another state, local or foreign governmental jurisdiction, or by a private company.
The photo ID can be: driver’s license, government-issued identification card, school or work identification card, or passport.
Even reasonable accommodations such as medical condition or religious belief need to provide proof of negative Covid-19 test conducted 72 hours prior to your time of reservation. The test must be cross-referenced with your identification.
We will have a team member outside the restaurant cross-reference the vaccination record with your identification; and in the case that you valet your vehicle, someone from our valet team will inspect your documents.
This is a City mandated ordinance, and as such we can not make any exceptions: managers or maitre D’ will not be able to override these requirements, so please make sure everyone in your party has their documents ready when approaching the front door where our team will meet you to check your records and identification.
We apologize if this causes issues to you or your party, but again, these requirements are mandated by the City of Los Angeles and we are forced to comply.
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the above, and you can also click the link below to read the full ordinance.
