From the Grill
Our open-fire grill, which is the oldest in Los Angeles, adds a smoky mesquite flavor you’ll come to crave — and that you won’t find anywhere else.
Executive Chef
J.P. Amateau
When J.P. Amateau was a child, The Musso & Frank Grill was home. His father Rod, a Hollywood writer and director, was a regular here. Today, J.P. is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Having trained under famed chef Michael Robert's (Trump's) and later perfecting his skills in France, JP is the perfect successor to Chef Rue.
From the Counter
For 20 years, Domingo has been making breakfast-to-order for regulars and first-timers alike. So, slide up to the counter for a hot cup of coffee and let Domingo do the rest. And don’t forget to try our signature flannel cakes — a Musso’s original.
Serving Up Perfection
For 92 years, Musso’s has been serving up classic, time-honored recipes prepared fresh. From the original 1914 recipe for Fettucine Alfredo to our mouthwatering ground beef sandwich, our classic menu hasn’t changed. One taste will tell you why.
